Pack smart when you’re in transit

If you’re set for lengthy travel – especially a long haul flight – then you need to plan ahead. You’ll probably snack throughout your journey and you don’t want to leave it too long before getting a good clean of your teeth.

So pack travel size toothpaste, mouthwash, floss and your toothbrush so you can have regular brushing breaks while on the move.

Get snack-wise

The best way to snack is to pre-prepare smile friendly snacks, such as apple, celery carrots or small pieces of cheese. These will keep you full, are great for your teeth and are easy on the waistline too!

Keep up the good work

It’s tough to keep the same routine when you’re on holiday or travelling around – we understand. But one thing you won’t regret is keeping your teeth cleaning regime as regular as you possibly can. Just remember to always end your day with a thorough brush and floss – protecting your teeth at night really counts!
